Support in hard times

Climate STARR training gives you principles and practices for facing the eco-crisis—-or any collective upheaval. Climate STARR goes beyond graphs, predictions, and headlines. Beyond saying that action is the antidote to anxiety and despair.

At Climate Strategies for Trauma, Action, Regeneration, & Resilience training, we slow down. Name and acknowledge how the multiple collective crises impact us. Learn tools to counter overwhelm. Reflect. Explore radical resilience practices needed to embody a new consciousness. Envision the just, regenerative future we long for. Identify inner and outer actions that enliven us and serve life. Commit to joining with others to multiply our impact across expanding spheres of influence. Leave renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

Up to 18 hours of continuing education credits and scholarships are available.

“If you feel paralyzed by the complexity and urgency of climate action, you are not alone. So many of us feel anxious, afraid, or confused about the future of humanity and the planet…You may not know where to begin right now, and that’s OK...Once you learn how to see the world with a regenerative mindset, there is always something you can do to serve life.

Let’s begin.”

Cutting edge training

Climate STARR is a three-day training (10 sessions online) that provides individuals, communities, and climate action organizations who encounter climate angst and fatigue a space to pause, reflect, and gain new skills for living and leading in uncertain times. Together, we explore perspectives that strengthen hope and enhance collective resilience, resulting in regenerative climate action within our spheres of influence.

If sustainability is the highest science, then we should look to those for answers that have a proven track record of living in one place for thousands of years without destroying its life bearing capacity. Those people, by definition, are Indigenous Peoples.
